Epsom Salt

benefits: Known to relax muscles & relieve pain/tension within joints such as neck, back, legs & shoulders. Releasing Pain caused by arthritis, inflammation & swelling, the magnesium in Epsom salt may also help to release even the slightest headache or migraine. The magnesium contained in Epsom salt also aids the body to rid of toxins responsible for  causing inflammation.

Himalayan Pink Salt

benefits: Aiding with digestion, regulating water content throughout your physical body, Himalayan pink salt is a great way to detox your body also known as, removing toxins. Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, Himalayan pink Salt aids to reduce joint inflammation & also stiffness & pain associated.

Chamomile buds

Known for its properties of joy, happiness , peace & feminine innerg ; abilities to aid in anxiety, depression & insomnia 

Patchouli Leaves

Benefits: green balsamic lemony wood aroma. Sooting and calms the mind, slowing down and deepening breathing and is excellent for use during meditation. It is also grounding, calming and relaxing without being sedating. Tied in scripture to gold, mirroring the highest frequency within oneself

Sandalwood Essential Oil

Benefits: promotes relaxation and calmness, and enhances optimism, clarity and aids concentration. Considered a sacred offering as a tool to transcend prayers to the creator, harmonizing a gateway between the physical & spiritual realms.
